Afterward, dive into a hands-on Pozole Verde Soup workshop, where you'll use fresh, farm-picked ingredients to craft this traditional Mexican dish under the guidance of our MACC club students.     Our summer salads are prepared weekly by our MACC Interns, who harvest, prepare, and package every salad. Fruits and vegetables are harvest the same morning that salads are made, to make sure our AUHSD staff and community members get the freshest ingredients possible.

    Our team at the MACC works to make salads using fresh ingredients from the MACC. These salads are then provided to the staff at Magnolia High School.
