Through this project, we aspire to see a social and cultural shift in how our AUHSD community approaches food habits because of their new scientific literacy of cultivating and using food grown in their own neighborhood.

Our summer salads are prepared weekly by our MACC Interns, who harvest, prepare, and package every salad. Fruits and vegetables are harvest the same morning that salads are made, to make sure our AUHSD staff and community members get the freshest ingredients possible.

MACC Salads with LOVE

Our team at the MACC works to make salads using fresh ingredients from the MACC. These salads are then provided to the staff at Magnolia High School.
